SHIPPING POLICY
Your order is carefully packaged and shipped with love from our family to yours. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. All in-stock items will ship within 3-5 business days from the time of purchase. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping rates are based on the weight of the item(s) ordered and will be listed upon checkout
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We truly hope you'll love the item you purchased when it arrives, but we also understand that sometimes a product may not work for the space or reason it was intended for. Returns are accepted 30 days from the delivery date and will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the return. Please be advised that we cannot accept returns on personal care items, clearance or final sale items ending in $.99. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping and any refund due will be made to the original form of payment, less the original shipping and handling cost.
Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable unless the item is damaged, defective or an incorrect item has been sent. Should you decide to return an item, it is at your own risk and the return must be adequately packaged and insured, if you choose. We are not liable for damage caused to a product being returned due to inadequate packaging or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. If we receive the item damaged, a return is not eligible for a refund. Returns received with postage due will be returned to the sender.
