THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • Where is my order?
    All in-stock items will ship within 3-5 business days from the time of purchase. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We pride ourselves on displaying accurate inventory information. However, situations do arise that can result in a change to a product's current availability. We will notify you by email immediately if this should happen.
  • What is your next event?
    Meier & Co. is on the move. You can keep up to date with our calendar and where to find us by visiting our event page.
  • What if my order shows up damaged?
    Every effort is made to package your order securely so that damage does not occur to an item. However, damage to merchandise while in transit can still arise. Should this happen, please email us at info@meierandco.shop and we will do our best to remedy the issue.
  • How do I make a return?
    We truly hope you'll love the item you purchased when it arrives, but we also understand that sometimes a product may not work for the space or reason it was intended for. Returns are accepted 30 days from the delivery date and will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the return. Please see our Return Policy for more infomation.
  • How does pricing work?
    Prices are shown in US dollars and subject to all applicable taxes. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change.
  • What does "shop small" mean?"
    At Meier & Co., we love to support other small businesses. That's why we take pride in showcasing products made by small businesses, like ours, from all over. Being able to share unique finds with our customers is why we love what we do!
